- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I used to want to switch every time I had to go to the bank. They were so unfriendly and took forever to do a deposit at the drive thru even when I was the only car and there was no one inside. But they have recently gotten new staff, have improved their customer service. And their reps inside the offices at the branch are stellar. They sat down with me and helped me when I needed it most. Although I don't want to switch banks, I'm rarely in marble falls anymore and don't like the drive over there when I need to deposit cash.By Victoria Sanders, September 08, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I wasn't locked into this bank with all sorts of auto pay, etc. I would leave. I have tried to phone them for two days at 693-4301 in Marble Falls to get to Option 7 to talk to the web folks because my online banking is locked out. They do not answer the phone at the Marble Falls location. It rings and rings and rings and rings. On March 1 when they did answer the phone and I got Option 7 I was told that I had a 20 minute wait to speak to a person. One half star or zeroBy Kenneth Smith, February 16, 2017
